Through Maryland’s Self-Directed Services model, we provide the guidance and support needed to help participants manage their care, stay compliant, and achieve their personal goals—all while maintaining full control over their services.

What We Do

We help individuals and families navigate self-direction by ensuring their budgets, services, and supports align with Medicaid and Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) requirements. We work closely with participants to:

  • Implement personalized self-direction plans
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
  • Hire, train, and oversee caregivers
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid and DDA regulations
